Who Are We
Dead Beat Productions has been booking and promoting local, national, and international electro/industrial/darkwave acts since 2001,
They started doing it because they were sick of driving to shows in other cities and hated being tired at work the next day. Starting in 2002 Dead Beat Productions (DBP)
organized their first night catering to the underground goth/electro scene in Madison. Focusing on the breadth and diversity of
local DJs and their tastes, HaLO has proven to be a night for people to discover new music as well as get in on release party give-aways
from labels across the country.

HaLO: The Night
HaLO was created from the ashes of Heretics, Inferno's former Thursday event, in March, 2002. It is and
continues to be a night showcasing new music, DJs, events and release parties from bands in the scene big and
small.
